DMCA Copyright Policy

Creality Cloud respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA. This policy outlines the procedures for submitting and responding to infringement claims related to content hosted on Creality Cloud services.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Creality Cloud service, please send a written DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, please provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material on the Creality Cloud service that you claim is infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate it. This should include the URL(s) to the specific model, design, or content.
  3. Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., by typing your full legal name).

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled (e.g., the URL(s)).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your contact information: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Creality Cloud may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature (e.g., by typing your full legal name).

Please send all DMCA notices and counter-notifications to our designated Copyright Agent via our Contact Us page, specifying "DMCA Copyright Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject.
